Maureen McCarron has been playing with Green Strings since 2021-2022. She began playing violin late in life at age 60 with her 3 year old grandson with his Suzuki teacher's encouragement. She is still studying with that teacher, Lee Byrne, at the Kanack School of Musical Artistry in Brighton, NY.
